For us, hospitality is not just about hosting a guest, but about offering an experience that lasts over time. Welcoming someone also means taking responsibility: caring for people and for the planet. In the lofts, mezzanines create intimate and quiet spaces, ideal for reading, working, or slowing down. A family project<\/h2><\/div>

Every building and every space at Grow Green is the result of a family project that combines passion, experience, and a modern vision of hospitality.
\nThe initiative was conceived and is managed by Franco Barbieri Ripamonti and Anna Maria Dallagiovanna, partners in life and in their training company Poliedro, together with their children Vittorio and Elena. Through the agricultural company Crescere nel verde, the family also carries out organic cultivation and bamboo care, strengthening the connection between hospitality and nature.<\/p><\/div>

Cascina Turro is an 18th-century rural estate, already recorded in the maps of the Catasto Teresiano of 1751.
\nLocated in Caponago, in the Brianza area, it is now one of the largest and most historic Lombard farmhouses.
This place, rich in memory and agricultural tradition, has been carefully restored, preserving its roots while reinterpreting them through a contemporary lens.
\nThe project went beyond simply restoring the buildings, aiming instead to create a space that welcomes, inspires, and makes every guest feel part of a larger story.<\/p>\n<\/div>
